Pipes burst, colon problems and the Cold Snap with the emphasis on Snap

So my friend Mark calls from Florida and tells me the reason he has not called lately is because not only is he at the doctor right now about his colon (pipes) but every pipe in his house burst because they froze. Now this part of NW Florida has cold weather but not usually as cold as it got the other day. This is also related to the synch with COLD SNAP WITH THE EMPHASIS ON SNAP.
