Who can be locking and deleting posts in seconds if there is no moderator

So it took an hour for the site with no "moderator" to make this post disappear 

The next program this morning is a classic manipulation in "I love Lucy" 

The manipulation by those behind the law and the monetary system and those that use the law to manipulate those they HATE is what this is really about and all the posts leading to humiliation and synchs with presumption are actually being played out here.
